Sort of a pointless day...

Yesterday, rehearsal was wicked sweet. We sang about chickens and farms again, but the tunes are surprisingly catchy. I met and hung out with a lot of the new teenagers, too, and they all seem really awesome. Honk! is going to be sweet! : )

Anyways, today began in Mrs. Aalto's room, room 304 I believe. It was a fun day, of course, because she broke out the colored pencils! We moved seats too... I am now located in the front, which is sort of a depressing change, but I'm sitting next to Duncan so it won't be boring, I'm assuming. I've been told I'm in the range of fire between sean and jake, so that will be an adventure.

Math was sort of dumb as usual, but Mr. Meany wasn't in his murderous mood of yesterday. That was surprisingly scary. Whenever I get bored or just annoyed in that class, for some reason, bunny ears grow out of the top of his head. At the end of class, it was amusing watching him rant about the little show all the teachers have to put on next week for the mysterious inspectors.

In French Club, everyone was supposed to bring in French food and party in the cafeteria. Heather didn't make any food. : x Monsieur Warder said that it was all good, though (in French) and I got to go and eat food anyways. My feast consisted of melted truffles (courtesy of Kristina :-P,) wicked good eclairs, sprite, and spoonfuls of cool whip. Lastly, I had a half a piece of Meg's ... scrumptious ... grilled cheese sandwiches. Mine was ... kind of sort of cold in the center, but eve said that hers was nice and warm. Oh well, I ate it anyways, of course.

Guess what crazy stuff the lunch ladies came up with!?! We all have numbers that we punch into their computers whenever we try to buy ANYTHING... talk about a waste of time. When lunch came around, however, it actually wasn't too bad... just annoying.

English: Vocab Test words #181-240... Wasn't too bad, surprisingly.

In Young Adult Lit, we're still reading about the strange abusive child, but its actually starting to have potential for a good book. During the class, we had a Mr. Gearan-quiz and made seating charts for the anger management class in the book. Yeah.

History... we graded each other's essays and Carolyn did my hair. AP at its best :-P

Practice was a regular pre-meet easy workout... whatever you want. After school, I watched the Prince of Egypt and drank gallons of water. Good times.

For such an uneventful day, I wrote quite a lot!

Sorry for wasting your time,
Heather
