I don't understand how you can lose. I really don't. It's clear as day, what's to refute? Did it cost you money to file this case? How does it work?

The company that I'm filing the suit against doesn't techincally exist anymore. It's absolutely ridiculous that businesses can do that.
I spent about 20 bucks filing the paperwork. I just don't want this bitch to WIN.

I asked the judge if he could ammend the judgement to include her name, and he said no without explaining why. I really do not feel protected by the law, here. I should contact some consumer advocacy groups or something.

Call a local tv news station with a consumer advocacy reporter. This sounds like a story the ones around here would eat up?
