Yesterday wasn't incredibly healthy, though I didn't go off the plan. I had a little concert picnic in the park that lasted until 11pm, so my dinner ended up being a pecan pie Larabar (definitely didn't taste like pecan pie, but was moderately sweet and tasty), 2 cheese sticks, an apple organic smooshed fruit twirl (really yummy- like fruit by the foot without all the fake stuff), and......half a bottle of red wine. Yeah.

forced a fruit leather into my mouth as I boned up on Time Out
Lunch
falafel, hummus, taboulleh salad, fattoush, and potato salad combo platter
mixed gril platter of chicken and lamb
mixed fruit cup of kiwi, strawberries and cantaloupe
Dinner
Probably the same- I couldn't even finish half
Another pound came off this morning, bring me to 4 total. I'm fully expecting it all to jump back on my thighs the second I look at a cupcake. Oh well.
