(no subject)

I made some Peanut Butter bread this evening using a recipe I found on www.allrecipes.com I read the reviews and saw that some noted it was dry, so I had hoped of making it better by adding in an extra egg and some vanilla. It was still very dry and crumbly. What can I do to make it more moist? Add plain yogurt? Applesauce? More milk or oil (it only called for 1 tablespoon of oil!?!) That said, I think it has great potential....

I have strawberry bread in the oven now. :) THAT is yummy. I've made it before and it was NOT a FAIL.
