So, I am happy and sad at the same time...oh the joys of being a woman. I went dress shopping today for our Spring Banquet here at my school (which is a formal near the end of the semester). I found my dress! Totally cute. Its black, its kind of cup-cakey looking...lots of ruffles on it...I like it...a lot. Also, bought my shoes! Red RED high heels...for...drum roll pleeeeease....$7! wooo! Originally, get this, $60! WINNER! heck. yes. The part that I am sad about is the size of my dress...24. Wow. Slap.Me.In.The.Face. Umm...wasn't I JUST a size 18 like...last year around this time? Oh, why yes I was...frick. Bleh. ok. So, I have my dress on layaway, because its $80, and I can't afford to pay for the whole thing right now, and since DEB is having a special for free layaway for 30 days, I am making $20 payments here and there until my time is up. I'm really hoping I can lose at least ten more pounds by the end of my layaway time...think I can do it? I think I can. The 24 isn't snug on me or anything, so I'm honestly thinking the 22 could quite possibly fit me by this time in March. I really do, seeing that I could barley just get the 22 to zip up on me. I'm really hoping that's possible...yup. Anywho. Weigh in tiiime
