How did you find your job?

So with graduation hovering on the horizon my worry processors have turned to the somewhat daunting task of finding a job. I know that many of you out there in LJ land have managed to wrangle gainful employment into your busy journal posting schedules, how did you do it? Where did you search for your first "real" job?

Is it a networking thing?

Is it just the matter of finding the right keyword on Monster?

Do any of you want to hire me?
