Oh boy...

   Hi again! I've been away packing and angsting about the move. As it turns out, I won't be getting a flat in time, so I have to move back with my parents. It's going to be interesting to see how that works out, because I moved out 8 years ago, and of course I have a life and habits all my own by now. I have no idea of how long I'll be staying, but I guess it will be at least a month or two. I'm experiencing mixed feelings about it all. On one hand, I'm disappointed that I have to move in with others instead of getting a flat of my own. On the other hand, at least I have a home to go to, and familiar people to live with. I'm also going to see more of my uncle and aunt, and my cousin and her family, so that's good. I've been living about a 45 minutes bus ride away from them, and never having much money to spare makes it difficult to visit very often. With this new arrangement, I'll be able to save some money, since I won't be paying any rent.
   I'm almost packed now:). We went to get some more cardboard boxes with dad today, and he came home with me to take apart my bookshelves for the move. We have a car for the move, finally, and it's taken a load of my shoulders. And I have a place for my stuff, because my uncle offered his garage for storage. I also sent off the grant application, so now I'm keeping my fingers crossed... My friend is coming over tomorrow, and she'll be staying over, mostly to watch a movie or something, and take my mind off the stress. I'm betting I will be doing a massive amount of sleeping next week, once I settle down.
