So, I did some calculations today, and it seems that my budget could handle me getting this phone survey job. I asked dad to look over the numbers, and he couldn't find anything wrong with them. It's a low-salary job, and I don't expect my financial situation to improve dramatically, but at least it doesn't look like it would get any worse. Last

Do you mind asking what are you practicing? Or try to practice? I didn't really get it from the context.
P.S. I've always admired the proficiency of Finnish people in foreign languages and especially in English! Have you went to college for English? Or, I suppose, not?

I think many Finns are proficient in English simply because our own language is such a small one, and our culture is very much oriented towards the U.S. Most series and movies shown on TV are American, so kids learn English simply by watching them. I studied English at school, but I think my relative fluency in it is mostly a result of reading lots of books in English, and spending a lot of time online. Movies and series too, of course...

You're definitely not alone at sucking at math and science for sure! As for the previous question, here we call it having a bad sense of direction. I have that for sure. ;-)
Today I was reading a post in a community and someone mentioned that they are in pain every single day and that reminded me of your answer for 948. I don't know about you, but sometimes when I get in a bad mood/sad about whatever health issues I deal with, and then I remind myself that there are people out there who have it worse. It's not always a comfort, but it definitely gives me pause.

I'd like to buy books, a guitar, throw pillows, new clothes and stuff like that. Nothing absolutely essential, just nice things:).
Yep, bad sense of direction is what I mean. I do have a bad sense of all kinds of spatial things, as well. I find it hard to guess lengths, weights, distances and stuff like that.
I know people who are in almost constant pain, and they somehow manage to be optimistic and productive. They confirm my belief that people can be awesome:).
