Well, I suppose it's time for an update.
It's 2007.
wow, i cant believe it. It's 2007! holy crap. Anyways, two weeks from today I'll be leaving for good old london, finally. I cant wait, I'll be dorming it up there, studying at the American International University at Richmond. I'm really excited.
When I get back, I will be moving into a studio apartment that I got, and I'll have to find a car. I'm probably going back to dial, i just took a leave of absence from there, and I have two weeks left there. Kinda sad, since I'm so attached to that place, but it'll be nice to not have to work for 4 months, with the exception of schoolwork.
I'm still waiting for my loan to go through so I can pay off Fisher for what I owe them and finish off my credit cards for the money I've spent so far on the trip. I already got my passport, so now I'm just waiting for my loan and my box with my plane tickets and the rest of my travel itinerary.
Basically I'm just excited for my life to move on and finally be independent and away from my parents again. This will be a nice change from the last time I moved out, and I'm sort of nervous to find out who my roommate will be, but oh well.
My mom signed up to be a mary kay consultant and sell makeup and is all fixated on the idea of me becoming a consultant as well when I move back and also working full time at dial, which should be good.
idk whats gonna happen for this summer, but that's not important right now!
On the subject of my love life, I'm still single. Not a problem tho, because that's how I want to be in london, free as a bird so if I meet someone I have free reign. yay=)
My cell phone's getting shut off next week, so im gonna have to write everyones number down, and figure out my credit cards and all that jazz so i can set up automatic payments but I'm pretty much only worried about coming up with a budget, finding a cheap pay as u go cell phone when I get to london, making sure packing is good and making my transition comfortable in london, especially making my dorm feel like home and not annoying my roommate, but I'm sure those are normal worries.
I'm all healed from my surgery last week, lost 11 pounds in the process and that was cool. rang in the new year and celebrated xmas with my family and friends which was nice and got a week and a half off work, which was relaxing, especially when I was having heart problems. and my niece, anna jayne, was born on xmas eve! I also got a fab new pair of black knee high boots too;) hopefully I'll be able to use those in style at some good bars and pubs in london!
I'm gonna miss fisher and all my fishies and my family too, and all my eroc crew. But yeah, Leave me ur NY # and area code, if it's not a 585, and your address or email if you want me to send you mail!
xoxo
