Well last night was an amazing night at work!
I got promoted!! I'm a 'mentor' now, which is basically like a junior supervisor, i get a 401k and extra benefits, more money hourly and a christmas bonus! and I made a TON of sales tonight, 7 and a balance transfer, which is like $100 for 5 hours work! I'm sooo happy, im still grinning ear to ear and my cheeks literally HURT.
Just got back from philosophy and the other day I got an amazing new book, 'Everyone worth knowing' by Lauren Weisenberger, who wrote 'The Devil Wears Prada'. I'm about a quarter way through and so far it's been really good.
I still havent heard back about london, it's been two weeks exactly, so I should hear back either today or sometime in the upcoming week, I'd love to hear ASAP so I know what I am doing about my living situation here in NY and whether or not to purchase a new car. I'm looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee or a Honda Pilot or a Honda CRV in black. Basically I just want a big black SUV. My dream car would def. be a Mercedes SUV in black or a tiny black BMW Z3, but with the accidents I seem to be getting in this past summer, a tiny sports car probably isnt the best fit for me...haha. I def. want a sleek looking suv. I love the new BMW ones, but I have to stay within my budget, especially with the way my own insurance would cost me. ooooh well. I'm still gloating from my sales last night haha. SOOOO happy.
and my love life, it's ok. I'm still oogling J from History & M from work...but we'll see which one lasts. J's got great blue eyes, and m, well, he's 32..haha, but Laura says I need an older guy, I guess she might be right. These younger guys just arent fufilling me, they just arent mature enough.
Manners people! it's not THAT hard.
