Yesterday sucked! I ate so much at my cousins graduation party. Seriously, probably around 2000 calories, maybe more. I just stuffed it all in. It was so gross now that I look back at it. The good news is today I haven't eaten any calories. Well, I had one jolly rancher and thats like 22 calories. Plus, I left work early and came home and went running. I ran for 2.4 miles and worked off 240 calories. I'm still a slow runner but I ran for 30 min. and I kept increasing my incline. I was proud. I have to go to my sisters graduation chruch service tonight and I want to run when I get home. I might run tomorrow morning too depending on how I feel. I really need to so I probably will. I was at 163 this morning (YUCK!!) and I want to be down to 158 by Monday. Thats 5lbs in one weekend but I think I can do it. Today and tomorrow won't be too hard but sunday and monday will. I have my sisters graduation party on Sunday and I have to eat dinner with my grandparents on Monday. I figure I will be ok as long as I run twice a day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and once Monday morning. I will do this. I will do this. Peace out for now.
