Starting Weight: 196.2 lbs
Goal Weight for Challenge: 189 lbs
Goal Weight for Monday: 195 lbs

This Week's goals:
1. I am really sick right now, so I don't want to overdo it this week...once this cold goes away I want to get on schedule with cardio 5-6 times per week and weights 3 times per week, but for now, I'm just going to say that I'll walk on the treadmill at least 4 times before next Monday.
2. Okay, food. No junk now through Saturday. We're going to a friend's house on Sunday, and if there are treats, I'll allow myself something small...but within controlled portions. If I want a treat between now and then I can have a mini bag of 94%fat free kettle corn or a yogurt and fruit smoothie. A cup of hot chocolate if I get desperate!:)
