truth be told
I'm such a sucker for the Alias pilot. I think I have more icons of that one episode than I do for any other episode in other fandoms. Huh. It's the red hair. It hypnotizes me.
I had a good weekend. I got lots of writing done, made icons, didn't get to cap Big Love at all but maybe tonight because Monday's suck. We went out on Friday night and I got a wee bit drunk. I think it's because of the diet and the lack of food over the last two weeks OR it could be that I sucked down five pineapple and malibus in a fairly short span of time. I have a huge bruise covering my knee from the insanely intense air hockey game I played with one of D.'s friends who had, apparently, never lost at air hockey in his life. I beat his ass, thank you very much so the injury is totally worth it.
AND I got to catch up on all my shows on DVR so that was good. I quite love my DVR in a way that might not be acceptable. I find that I like shows more now than I used to because I get to pick when I watch it. It really helped me and Alias because I was never in the mood to watch it and then with DVR I found I could watch when I wanted to and that made me like it more than I would have. It's also probably why I've stuck with Gilmore Girls (which I don't think has been so bad these last couple of weeks...), Bones, HIMYM, and DH. Plus, I have all of VM on there and it's only at 38% so that makes me very, very happy. *hugs my DVR*
