Happy Singles Awareness Day
well i feel the need to be like almost everyone else and rant about this simply moronic and mundane excuse for a holiday. Valentines day is just an excuse for everyone in the world who has a significant other in their life to rub it in the faces of those who have no one. Not only does that bother me, but the fact that the holiday is so bloody commercial and fake. I mean if the guy doesn't buy presents then he is in trouble. And i know that there are women out there who are in relationships who hate this day as well, and that when they tell their significant others that they don't want to do anything for this wretched excuse of a holiday, that they will think that it is one of those things where women say that they don't want anything but really they do. i know, us women tend to do that sometimes, but sometimes just trust us. well i feel that that is enough of a bitter rant for one day...at least on this subject...if i feel so inspired i might make another later
