CLosed another one
I am so excited to have finally closed a particular escrow yesterday. The clients were very frustrated and wanted everything right now. (who isn't sometimes though?) It was great to give them their keys and help them move in.
I am at the office now waiting for my clients to sign escrow docs on a home I hope will fund Friday and close on Monday! This is just the cutest couple ever and I want them to get moved in before their first baby arrives in December. When this one closes, it will be the 13th home we have sold in the last year and a half. Very blessed I tell ya. Some agents have only sold 2 this year.
We have been working very hard at prospecting even knocking on doors and introducing ourselves and offering our services. This is much easier actually then the dreaded cold calling. We have new clients looking to buy within the next 3 months so that will be great!!!
My goal for 2009 is to place 20 families in a home that they can afford and with a loan program that is fixed so that I won't read about them in the paper. :)
