QUESTIONS
Why do you dislike #11 so much?
It's not the incest (I don't exactly go for incest, but I've read it and probably will again). I just think the boys' relationship is beautiful as brothers and friends and don't always feel the need to make everything between two men into something sexual. I like slash, but it doesn't NEED to be slashy, for me.
Who is someone you know that ships #14?
I... don't really know anyone who ships them. Most people don't even write Heightmeyer.
What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3?
This is hard because I'm not used to shipping canon ships to be honest - the chances of it being written the way I'd like to see it are low. *sigh* Anyway, I just want something to happen slowly between them - slow burn is my thing. More specifically and shallowly, I'd love them swordfighting, or for Gwen to teach Arthur how to make make something - a sword maybe. They could spend quality time in the smithy all sooty and sweaty, yes. Why no, I don't have a bit of a blacksmithing kink when it comes to Gwen why do you ask.
Which is your favorite moment for couple #1?
I think when Morgana wakes from the nightmare in 1x13 and Gwen is there. In her room. In the middle of the night. Just sayin. And Gwen comforts her and touches her face and Morgana looks at her like she's the only thing in the world that's real, like she never wants her to let go.
How long have you been following couple #6?
Not long! Just watched all of SGA for the first time this spring, and I knew nothing about the fandom or the ships previously. And I just found them ridiculously hot. :P I ship a lot of things in SGA, though. It's one of those shows that I find to be ripe for multishippage and poly.
What's the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring?
I think Boyd became too dad-like to her, and then he had to leave her, and that all just combined to make me lose interest a bit. I still read fic for it if I'm in the mood for twisted-ness.

I dunno; it sounds hokey to say but I don't care that a ship exists just because I don't ship it. :P I'll just happily ship my own thing. But I guess Harry/Ginny because I've disliked it the longest?
Which ship do you prefer #2 or #4?
I think Hermione/Charlie; I have more of an emotional attachment to them. I've written one of my best fics about them. It's strange, A/Mo is a ship that has some canon, and C/Hr is one where the characters have barely spoken in canon, but I've never needed that to ship a pairing if there are aspects of their characters that I think are compatible.
What interests you about #14?
They were so close. Teyla's such a reserved person, not used to expressing fear or pain or anything she might percieve to make her weak. But she talks to Kate. And at some point, they became more than just therapist/patient; they became friends. Teyla trusted her, they spent time together. And then there was her reaction to Kate's death... there was something there and I think it could have easily been romantic.
Why did you stop liking #7?
I started shipping Willow with Faith rather than Buffy. :P And started just not shipping Buffy with anyone.
Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the show?
I'm kind of cheating with this one. More than kind of. :P I actually still ship Merlin/Morgana, but I feel like 1x12 and 1x13 put an obstacle between them, so my interest has waned. I've yet to see a fic that addresses this, the fact that Merlin's hiding something major from her, and the fact that he looked at her like he didn't even know her in 1x13, which was really kind of unfair considering he was just as complicit in what almost happened to Uther. I need the show not to forget this, and to resolve it in some way (or even if it's not resolved, just addressed), so I can see what their dynamic is now. If it's just the same as it was before the last two episodes I don't think I would buy that. But they have the potential for a really intense, complicated dynamic that I hope to see in fic, at the very least.
What’s a song that reminds you of #5?
I don't think I have a song for them yet.
If you could have any of these two pairings double-date, who would it be?
Kirk/Gaila and Spock/Uhura. Just LOL. Between Uhura's eyerolling and Spock's amusement and Kirk's flirting with everyone at the table and Gaila's... well, flirting with everyone at the table, I just really want to see it. Maybe I'll request it at the kink meme, come to that.
Have #2 kissed yet?
No, and sadly I doubt they ever will; I think they'll end up being fanon territory - not that I mind. I have more fanon ships than canon ones. But in my personal canon they've kissed, once, when they were younger.
Did #4 have a happy ending? If the show hasn't ended yet, do you think a happy ending is likely?
Considering they barely spoke in the books, no. :P I've read many amazing fics where they got their happy ending, though. :D
What would make you start shipping #13?
It wouldn't take much. I'm kind of almost shipping them anyway. I feel like she's the only girl Kirk would seriously fall for. She's just like him. *g* I love Kirk/McCoy so I guess that's my major block when it comes to Kirk/Gaila. But I've read it, I'll read it again, and I just might write it. They are WAY too much fun.
If only one could happen, which would you prefer, #2 or #6?
Have to go with John/Teyla, because I feel so wistful about them. It's kind of impossible for them to get together canonically, even if there was going to be more canon outside of the movie. But through season 3 there was so much potential and then it all kind of went arseways and I can't even read a fic without thinking of how epic it could've been, and how close they came. Arthur/Morgana are seriously lovely and hot but if it doesn't happen I won't be upset.
