My cousin requested these recipes from me so I thought I post them.
Such quick and easy chicken recipies. I should be able to post picts from last weekend today.
Hawaiian Chicken
cooking time 15-20 minutes
serves 2
saute 2 chicken breast in pan (Mom leave chicken breast whole, I chop in cubes)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can of crushed pineapple
pour soup and pineapple in pan after chicken has been browned; stir and simmer until the mixture starts to thicken and reduce
Can serve with Rice a Roni Garden Vegetable Rice
(I usually get frozen peas, cook in micro and put about 2 cups of peas in my rice)

Oven temp 375
cook time 45minutes - 1 hour
serves 2-3
9x9 baking pan
2-3 skinless chicken breast
2 lemons
3 large tomatoes
spray baking pan with non stick spray
place chicken breasts in pan and cover each chicken breast with tab of butter
slice lemon and tomatoes
place 1 lemon slice and tomato slice on top of each chicken breast
slice the rest of the tomatoes in large chunks and toss in pan
salt and pepper tomatoes, place handful of carrots, red jacket potatoes, lemons wedges; drizzle with olive oil
cover with foil
