Summary: Yamapi goes a little too far for Myrah’s tastes, and she gives him some boundaries that she has set for herself that she expects him to follow. Yamapi finally realizes and confesses his love, but can he convince Myrah it’s true and to become his real girlfriend?
A/N: Hello! Here is chapter 10! Constructive criticism is welcome, but please be kind about it. I don’t mind if there are things you don’t necessarily like, but please don’t be rude! I don’t think I will have a problem with that here, but I thought I should preface that just in case... please let me know what you think!

She couldn’t think straight. This was going too fast. What was he- wait, we’ve kissed before. But that was for show. There was no one here. And no one spoke of practicing. She was scared, but she also felt something else stirring inside her. Curiosity. Desire. She closed her eyes and waited with her lips slightly parted.
He saw her give up the struggle inside. She was allowing him to do what he pleased! Ok, maybe not all of what he wanted, but she opened the door a crack. He felt a warmth in his heart that he did not recognize. He had never felt like this before. Is it love? He leaned in and began a gentle kiss. He didn’t want to frighten her by going too fast. Yes, they had done this before, but not like this. This one was all emotion and not show.
She was more ready than either of them expected. The kiss went from gentle to fierce in a matter of moments.
She couldn’t help it. She wrapped her arms around his neck and began to grab his hair in clusters. Her hands played with his hair as her tongue played with his tongue.
“Myyyyraaaah,” he moaned.
He couldn’t take anymore. He had to do it. He slid his hands under her shirt. Her skin was like porcelain or silk. It was soft and yet felt so fragile. She was fragile. While rubbing his left hand up and down her back, his right hand began to go for the clasp on her bra.
She panicked. “NO!” she cried out so suddenly, pushing him away. Yamapi was startled.
“What? What happened?”
“I’m sorry… I just- I can’t.”
“Can’t what?”
“I can’t do this. I- want to save myself for marriage. I have never…”
“I’m sorry… I don’t understand. What do you mean?” What did she mean ‘save herself’?
After taking a deep sigh she finally whispered, “No sex. Not until I’m married.”
Yamapi was silent, which was making her nervous. Great, now he thinks I’m a freak.
“Maybe you sho-”
“No. It’s ok. If you don’t want to have sex we don’t have to. I’m sorry. I truly didn’t mean for that to happen. I don’t know what came over me.”
“Thank you. But… maybe you should leave…”
“Why?”
“Well because… I mean… after what… I just… I don’t know.”
He looked deeply into her eyes. “Are you frightened?”
She couldn’t lie. “Yes.”
“You are afraid that I will try again?” It wasn’t really a question.
“I’m sorry. I- just think you need to go.” Tears began to well up in her eyes. “I don’t even know why you’re here. I shouldn’t be alone with you in a hou- in a BED. This isn’t right. You don’t even love me.”
“Who said I don’t love you?” The words coming out of his mouth surprised even him, but he suddenly knew it was true. He was in love with her.
“What did you say?”
He took her hand in his and looked deeply into her eyes. “I love you.”
Her heart skipped a beat. Could it be true? Or was he just trying to- no, he is more noble than that.
“No you don’t.”
“Yes.”
“Don’t lie to me.”
“I’m not lying! Why would I lie about that?”
“You don’t even know me.”
“But I want to. I want to get to know you. I want to stay by your side. Myrah, I understand this is going very fast, and I myself am scared to death, but I think- I KNOW you’re worth it. I love you.” He couldn’t say it enough, now that he realized his true feelings.
Myrah remained silent, making Yamapi nervous. Finally, he just said, “I can wait.”
“I… I don’t know…”
“Don’t know what?”
“If… I truly love you back.”
“But I tho-“
“I love you like a FAN, but that’s different than true love. A fan idolizes you for your talents and the character they see on TV and in interviews. A fan doesn’t know the true person of the idol. A fan doesn’t really know the idol at all. A fan knows facts, but that’s different. Basically, a fan knows OF the person they are idolizing, but they do not actually KNOW the person they are idolizing. Does that make sense?”
“I think so… but you DO know me. If you didn’t, I wouldn’t be sitting here right now. You have met me.”
“Just because I meet you doesn’t mean I know you. Just because I spend some time with you doesn’t mean I know you. Think about the waitress at that restaurant we went to the other night. Do you know her? You met her. You talked to her. She served you and checked up on you periodically the whole time we were there. Do you know her?”
“But that’s different!”
“All I’m saying is, I don’t know you well enough to decide if I truly love you like a girlfriend should. Like you DESERVE to be loved. You deserve only the best and the purest love, and I want to be sure I can give it to you. But if I can’t, are you willing to accept that?”
“You will love me. I can feel it. I’m sure we will spend the rest of our lives together.” What was he saying? He barely knew this girl! But he felt like he had known her for a lifetime…
“But IF I can’t-“
“We won’t have to worry about that.”
“That’s not what I’m saying!”
“Look, if that happens then we’ll deal with it. Until then… will you please be my girlfriend?”
She knew she couldn’t win this one. He wasn’t going to think logically no matter how hard she tried to get him to.
“I… I guess-” What was she saying?! I guess so?! Was she crazy? This was a once in a lifetime opportunity! Yamashita Tomohisa was in love with HER!
“Yes. Yes I will. Let’s call this a ‘trial run’.”
“Trial run?”
“We are going to be boyfriend and girlfriend for now just to see if it will work out. If it doesn’t... no hard feelings. We just go our separate ways. We can stay friends, but that will be it. Deal?”
Since when did a relationship become a business discussion?
“Uh… do I have a choice?”
“Yes. You can agree to this or we can not be together. If you aren’t willing to let me try it out with no pressure, then you don’t really love me and-“
“I DO LOVE YOU!”
“Then do you accept?”
His mind was spinning in circles. He wasn’t sure he understood, but the fact that if he said no he could lose her forever was clear as day.
“Yes.”
“Good. Now, I am extremely tired. May I go to sleep?”
“May I sleep with you?”
“Absolutely not.”
“Not like thaaaat~”
“Still, no.”
“Why noooot?” He really did not want to go. He only whined when he felt strongly about something.
“Because Jin will think we did something.”
“So? Let him think!”
“I don’t want him to think I’m that kind of girl!”
“Don’t worry, we both know you’re nothing like that. He won’t think anything, I promise.”
She yawned. She wouldn’t be able to stay awake much longer. Stupid medicine. She had no choice but to give in to him since she wouldn’t be able to kick him out once she fell asleep.
“Don’t stay for too long, ok?” she said as her eyes began to droop closed.
“Yes, my love.”
She smiled serenely as she drifted off to sleep wrapped, once again, in Yamapi’s arms. This time, with his lips softly kissing her hair.

Finally, she’s asleep. Yamapi thought with relief. He was getting hot and uncomfortable in his nice clothes. Now that she was asleep he could undress a bit into something more comfortable, his briefs. He just needed to be sure to get up before her so he could get dressed again. He could only imagine her face if she woke up to him next to her in bed practically nude.
He quickly stripped down, immediately feeling cooler. He slipped back under the covers and set his phone to go off at 6. No way she would wake up that early in her condition. In fact, why wake up that early himself? He had nothing to do tomorrow. He decided to set the alarm for 8 instead. A sick person sleeps in late, right?
He settled back in next to his official girlfriend and fell asleep with her cradled in the arch of his body…
