i have such a hard time getting to sleep,
during the last two weeks i go to bed around
midnight and then end up actually FALLING asleep
around 5 or 6...its awful, and then i wake up
late because of the lack of sleep. i need
to correct this because its making me crazy.
i NEED sleep. i crave sleep. at a good hour,
not at 6 or 7 in the morning. arg
