Next Step: Grad School
I have officially been accepted into the University of Florida Food Science Master's program!!
I have been trying to sign up for classes but almost everything is taken! UGH! I registered for HACCP and Statistical Methods in Research. Both are going to horribly lame and boring. I am going to try to get into another class so I can get out of grad school fast!
I had such a great time with Jen coming down, was a blasty blasty. We had a beer tasting party and it ended up being loads of fun. I want to try to have one every month at least.
The area around my desk smells like the taco salad I had for lunch. It's making me hungry again.
My internship is almost over! I have a week and a half left then it's back to Gainesville!
I am all over the place during the next month. Trying to be in Gainesville to see my friends, driving home to Holiday to see the parents and now I get to go to Orlando to see Phil... why is my life spread over the state of Florida!?
I think I got everyone pretty awesome gifts this season! Especially the ones for Philip. I know he is going to LOVE them.
It is raining like a bitch right now. At least the work load is fairly light today and no one made me use a fire extinguisher!
