Any of these events could occur:
--He is sitting at a table, waiting to be served! You bet he is a bit vulgar. Yes, he is checking out waitresses. No, he will not tip correctly. Maybe he is argueing with someone at another table. There is a good chance he smells of booze.
--He is in line at a store, waiting to check out! He might be starting an arguement with someone in line. Maybe he's cursing about how long the wait is. No, he doesn't have enough money to buy everything he picked up. Is that alcohol on his breath? You bet he's yelling at someone else in line who is offended by that fact.
--He is at your school, stumbling into your class room! Maybe he came to hit on the hot teacher? Maybe he's confused about why there are so many kids there. Yes, he is so drunk he is barely standing. Yes, it's still before noon. Maybe he's passed out in the ball bin at gym?
--He is at the Bar! Okay, this isn't really a stretch. You should probably cut him off. No, he won't take it with maturity. He might be hitting on other patrons or fighting with them.
--He is at the Library, why the ☠☠☠☠ would he be there!? He is probably staring blankly at the shelves of books. He might be talking and cursing too loud for such a quiet place. He may be asking you where the book with pictures is, like the one with maps! Maybe he's drunk and lost? It's every librarian's nightmare!
--Maybe he is at your office! He's trying to apply for a different job. If he spots you he might tell your boss you're a reference! He might not actually be there for a job, he might just be drunk. Maybe you come in and he is passed out under your desk! The window is broken, so at least you know how he got in!
--A friendly drone just carted him into the Hospital! They found him passed out in a ditch and weren't sure if he'd ever wake up! If you check him, he has no physical injuries, but what about alcohol poisoning? He smells of whiskey and is drooling. Did he just pass gas!? If you try putting an IV in, taking blood or cutting him you'll find it won't pierce the skin. What do you do!?
