Bender 7 - Event! It's a bird, it's a plane!

[It's about that time again. This time with a new twist! The Captain is sober!
The Captain just had a regain! Though it wasn't any power he remembers having. He is as light as a feather! And he floats at the slightest breeze or nudge! The fact is, when the regain hit him a slight breeze went by and away went The Captain!!!
Any of these situations are possible:
--He is clinging to your mailbox for dear life, screaming obscenities while his feet dangle above him in the air. Just waiting for some help or for the breeze to die down to let him touch the ground.
--He is tangled in your tree, stuck and calling for help. Trying to jump down just floats him into more branches so it isn't going so well. Do you really want him living up there? Weren't the squirrels bad enough?
--He is hanging onto your clothes line in your back yard, or maybe your neighbor's? Flying in the air like a kite, holding on and even crying a little.
--He is outside your window shouting at you to get help! No not that window... the second story bedroom/bathroom/what ever room is hilarious or entertaining window. He has a very precarious grip on the edge of the window frame and the breeze is keeping him from escaping the roof without flying off.
--He is tumbling along your side walk or snagged on your fence. Dejected and angry about his existence right now.
--You just hit him with your car! The impact should have been harder but instead it was just a few bumps and he went up, up and away!
