P-Con schedules
The good news is my presentation was accepted for Pantheacon. :)
The bad news is, it's scheduled for Monday at 1:30. I don't usually stay that late myself, and I know hardly anybody else does either. But, it being my first time and a relative nobody, it's not terribly surprising. All things considered, I'm happy to be selected. I've asked for a time change, but we'll see. They probably have to deal with change requests from anybody who gets stuck with a Monday time slot.
The Feri ethics panel is on, too, for Friday at 3:30. Whee!
I'm still considering hosting some sort of little Feri get-together in our room at some point, not a big late-night party, but probably more of an afternoon or early-evening mixer kinda thing. I just don't want to plan it for certain until I know a bit more about what else is on the schedule and what I'll have time for. Then I thought instead of just meandering around a room chitchatting, maybe it would be cool to have a sort of Feri open-mic thingy, for poetry readings and/or songs, during part of the time. Just a thought at this point.
