No more fooling around. This is my diet journal and I will start using it as such.
Current Weight: 150
Starting Goal: 145 (MET! 9/16)
Second Goal: 139
Third Goal: 135
Fourth Goal: 129 (I'VE NEVER SEEN THE 120s, that should be exciting)
Fifth & Somewhat Final Goal: 126
I'l see from there. 126 has always been my goal.
I'm actually excited, this is wierd. I'm starting out fresh after 4 days of horrendous eating, I just feel disgusting and fat. I want to feel good about myself again and start seeing those numbers dissapear.
