1 to 3 INCHES?!?! ... can i say that i've never seen afternoon snow in my LIFE and the ONE time it snowed any and accumulated was like... 1 inch and was melted by 11am!!!! And that time i was on a Drama club trip in 2008 and we had to go fucking watch CATS at the Fox theatre instead of play in the beautiful SNOW in Atlanta (i slept... it was that boring... and when we came back out it had stopped and melted to ice and slushy)
