It was the sort of day that bards wrote about and minstrals heralded in song. A radiant sun smiled down on the world from a cloudless blue sky, dappling the surface of the lake with sparkling motes of light that shone like diamonds. A gentle breeze ruffled the lush grasses and cast flower petals adrift with their perfume, filling the air with color and fragrance.
It was the Summer Solstice and a picture perfect day for a wedding.
