Loki was walking along the street as he came upon Castiel. With a sardonic smile, he crossed his arms over his chest and asked, "Am I still under threat from you, or has your friend's giving up calmed you down any?"

"I'm not sure he gave up so much as decided he was bored. I heard you weren't much of a rival." No, Cas didn't have a death wish- he knew that deities were powerful beings, but he had suddenly not been able to keep in what he was thinking.

"That being said, I don't recall you actually harming someone- at least not from my knowledge, and so I suppose there is no more reason to threaten you."

"Mm-hmm. No doubt that's the tale he told... but the look on his face was priceless when I saw him last."

With that, Loki put the short 'war' out of his mind. "What is it you do here? Aside from being overprotective, that is."
