Yum! (OTA - dual pup post)
There were very few things that Kili wouldn't try; he was the adventurous sort overall. So, when he'd seen the sign and the deal, well, he had the currency in his pocket, so he bought two cans of something called "Soda"! He hadn't ever tried soda!
Just outside the store, he had to work a bit with his thick fingers to get the can open, but he took a long glug. And he burped.
How had he never tried soda?! It was delicious! He drained the can, following up with another happy burp. Delicious! He was grinning as he walked away from the store, half-tempted to return to buy more! As he walked, he passed a man and gave a nod. "This is good!" He felt compelled to say. "Fizzy! Like ale, but different."
"Oh, yeah?" Randy Hill said. "Well, I'll have to check it out." He saw the sign too. He'd drank plenty of soda in his day, but he'd never had this brand. What the heck, right? He stopped in and came out a few minutes later, sipping at one can. Wow! It was good!
