Loki had decided on a course of action and, suiting himself, set it in motion. He went back, as it were, to the scene of the crime.

Loki walked into the Forge, looking for the being whose gemstones he'd stolen. Owing to the nature of what had happened, he didn't walk in without any sense of caution, but rather started by poking his head into view before striding in.
