Dojo (open)

Wesker's not quite practicing, but he's not quite relaxing either. It was somewhere in between since it helped him focus but it was also good to keep your body in shape. Muscle memory was important, too. He was getting bored again and even though he had protection with some influential people, he wanted to do what he enjoyed doing. Research.

I do not usually go to the dojo, preferring to practice on my own at my 'sword tree' in the woods. Still, there has been something I've wondered on for a while and I seemed to have chosen a good day to come in and ask a question or two. The man practicing is very skilled.

Is wearing modern clothing but has knife in boot.

It's easy for Wesker to tell Faramir's more 'old school'. How much, it's hard to tell, but the way he holds himself was indicative as such.

Once he's finished, he moved to get a drink of water not that he really needed it.

When he stops to get some water, I step forward.

"Hello. Do you work here?" I am guessing so, as he not only seems comfortable, but has no instructor. I suppose he could be practicing alone, but I see no one else about at all.

Faramir doesn't know that he still walks like a man used to carrying a sword at his hip.

"I'm afraid I don't." His words are smooth and calculated as he regards the man from behind dark sunglasses.

[faramir_hurin]

"Oh, please excuse me. I thought perhaps since you did not have any instructor, that you might be one."

Then again the place is open to all.

"Do you know if there are instructors in unarmed combat?" He is obviously skilled in it.

[ceowesker]

"There are." He nods. "I imagine there are instructors for most combat styles here."

Wesker didn't feel the need to get help from any of them however.

[faramir_hurin]

"You seemed to use a number of styles." I wouldn't know what to call them.

"I'm not sure what to ask for, but I'll have to return some other time regardless."

I bow slightly.

"Pardon me for interrupting you."

He nodded, watchful.

"When you return, ask to learn Jujutsu. It is good for someone who might fight against someone with armor and can be used with a hand weapon as well."

Interesting. How did he know...?

"I usually wear leather armour. Will it still work?" Orc armour is so varied that it's unpredictable what an enemy might be using.

[ceowesker]

He nods. "It should. I wouldn't add too many steel plates over it however."

[faramir_hurin]

"That would defeat the purpose of why I wear the leather." I think he's joking.

"Thank you, and pardon me if I interrupted." I nod and turn to go. He might not work here, but I did get some information.
