This was more like it. Ares had no idea what was going on but it seemed that finally the village was doing something right. He hadn't had to use much mojo at the cage fighting. That had been his first clue. The second was all the fighting that had broken out in the streets. And he hadn't done it. Which on the one hand it pissed him off that someone was coming into his territory (he knew another god of war hadn't shown up, he would have felt it). On the other hand, this was entertaining and he could capitalize on it. So for now, Ares was happy and might be helping the anger that seemed to be permeating the village.

Yeah, this was a good day.

He grinned as he waved a hand and a little older lady punched a large man in the ribs and brought him down.

Definitely a good day.
