New Wine Sampling (OTA)
Hannibal made the final preparations within the wine shop for the tasting. There were two large platters of various cheeses to help clean the pallet between tastings. He had the trays separated so that one tray complemented red wines and the other tray complemented white wines. Once everything was in order, he put the sign on the sidewalk informing the common passer by that there was a free wine sampling today. He then put his 'OPEN' sign up and waited for the first customers to enter.
