Goin' to the chapel and we're gonna get married...(Gathering Post at the reception, OTA)
Elphaba could not believe it, she was finally going to marry the love of her life today. Everything was in place, everyone was ready to go. Elphaba stood at the altar wearing a black suit with a pink shirt beneath it. Glinda was always telling her how pink went with everything. Her heart was racing as she waited for Glinda to walk down that isle.
However, she had to wait for the wedding party to come down the isle first. Along with the ring bearer. Elphaba smiled when Nessa trotted down the isle with a large pink bow around her neck. There were two rings tied onto the bow one for Glinda and one for Elphie. Finally it was time for Glinda's grand entrance. When Elphaba finally laid eyes on Glinda in her beautiful wedding dress, it took her breath away.
The ceremony was a blur to Elphaba until the moment when she said 'I do' and was given permission to kiss Glinda. There were cheers from the crowd and both women had the brightest of smiles on their faces. The walk back down the long isle in the center of the Emerald Palace was absolutely amazing!
Just a few minutes later, Elphaba and Glinda arrived at Starling's. Neither woman had changed clothes for the reception. They waited outside the doors to be announced. After the announcement, they enter the room together with bright smiles on their faces.
