Pepper had been keeping to herself mostly since coming to the village and that wasn’t like her at all. Pepper laughed and shifted her weight to lean against Tony instead of the window. "Uh huh, Putting up with you is a full time job, I admit, but you don't have the social calendar you normally have, nor do you need me to run interference. Unless you're going to start a subsidiary of Stark Industries in a Mystical Village."

"A very, very, very small subsidiary," Tony noted, his arms coming around her waist. "Well, if that's not an option, I did hear that Agent Barton's drag queen roommate owns a tea shoppe. I can absolutely see you working for a drag queen, serving tea and what I'm told are very good scones."
