Here, there be dragons! (OTA, multi-pup post)
The large, shrill woman who had been a peacock and knew of the dragon and its weakness for magic tulips wasn't very forthcoming. As many questions as Don Quixote, brave Knight and fighter of all manner of monsters was, he was eager to prove his mettle. And how could he if he could not get the necessary information? He was muttering with frustration as he strode from the shoppe where the peacock-woman worked, his battered armor clattering with each step he took.
Frankly, Felicia was simply glad that he had not laid waste to her shoppe again . She sighed with relief and started to hum to herself again. Crisis averted!
But the muttering of the wobbly old one (perhaps he was a wizard?) did not go unnoticed. Kili only heard the word "dragon" and he grew solemn and purpose-filled, glad he had brought his sword. If there was a dragon menacing this village, it was his duty to fight it! He looked around for clues. That he had not ever seen a dragon, only heard stories would not deter him!
