Tis the season...(backdated to before the ball, locked to Glinda)
Elphaba had a bright smile on her face as she began getting ready for the Holiday Ball. She was doing her hair and getting ready in the main room. Glinda was getting ready in the bathroom. They had decided to get ready in separate rooms so that their final look would be a surprise for the other.
There is a soft smile on her face as she remembers the long day they had spent shopping in preparation for tonight. Glinda was genuinely shocked that she had suggested they go shopping and volunteered to go with her as well. It actually wasn't as bad as Elphie had feared it might be. In the end they had purchased two dresses along with appropriate shoes and some matching jewelry.
Just before Elphaba is about to slip into her dress when her messenger goes off. Walking over to it she sees a message. With a smile she responds to the message and slips into her dress.
Doing a slow spin she looks over herself in the mirror. With a nod of approval she knocks on the bathroom door, "Are you almost ready?"
