It wasn't that Aphrodite wanted to break up what Destruction and Artemis had - far from it. She worked way too hard to get them to where they were and she wasn't about to throw it all away. However, it was very hard for the Greek goddess of love and beauty to handle disinterest the way only Destruction seemed to be capable of and her nature desired the attention.

She invited Destruction over and this time decided to wear something he might respond to better. Even though it wasn't pink and hid more of herself than usual.
