"Qing wa kao de liu mang!" The loud cursing came from the front porch area of the General Store where Jayne Cobb was sitting and actually playing a game of Chinese Checkers with Alexis Castle.
Rather than looking shocked or whatnot, the young redhead merely laughed as she sat back. "That was something about frogs and being a son of a...." She trailed off meaningfully with a grin. "Right?"
"It was a frog humping son of a..." He stopped himself with a grumble as he eyed the game then. "Thought this was supposed to be easy."
Alexis was kind enough not to say that it was an easy game but instead she merely smiled encouragingly. "You're doing good so far! And you've managed not to threaten to shoot the board, so it's a win-win so far."
"Don't hold your breath, I'm still thinking about it." He muttered again before leaning over to make a move. He was pleased when he made it further than he had originally anticipated and he found himself looking to her for confirmation that he had done it right.
"Good job." Alexis chuckled before leaning over to make her move. He watched in growing dismay then as she took more of his ball thingies and made it across without any problem whatsoever.
In fact, it earned another curse. In fact there was a whole string of them as he sat back and resisted the urge to send the board flying.
