She grinned back when she saw him, standing up so that she could lean over him and give him a long kiss, "Hello, babe."

"She's amazing, now that her wonderful husband is here." she answered with a laugh, moving to sit, "Already go you your Guinness."

"And she's kind and considerate to boot!" Tucking his chair close up under the table, he said, "busy day at the candy store," he told her. "Little people runnin' all over."

Raven lifted his beer with the straw to his mouth, "And with sugar highs. I can imagine that's tiring."

"Eh, it's kinda like they're very happy, loudly happy. I wonder who that sounds like," Rory joked before taking a long sip of his beer, eyes never leaving her face.

"I'll ask him, but I'm leaning toward it just being the village messing with us like usual." she nodded, taking a sip of her own beer.

"Know if must have been torture for you, Mr. Loud Irish Bloke." Raven smirked, teasingly.

"Torture!" he crowed. "That's the word for it! Torture. Maybe you can do a story on me. Profile on how shite it was for the village to make it so that I couldn't talk, yeah?"

"It would have to be a satire." she smirked, reaching over to pat his cheek and laughing a bit. Although really, she loved the sound of his voice, no matter how loud.
