Out to Lunch (OTA, tag Lady Mary)
Matt had found flipflops in the closet of his room and he'd done some looking around. The village seemed fine, nice even. The park was green, the air night quite as humid as he was used to. He was clad in a blue golf shirt and shorts with his flipflops. Not exactly attire to be taking a lady to lunch, but maybe he could blame it on the alternate universe? That's what he was thinking about the pictures in his room, too.
So here he was with his hands in his pockets, and he was killing some time before going to the cafe for lunch. Bars, stores - he definitely stopped into the candy store - he was window shopping and wondering what his kids were doing - hopefully Alex was doing nothing somewhat illegal.
As he was looking around, he peered into a window. That sure looked like Mary. So he tapped on the glass and waved.
