There was comfort to be found in the church here in the village. After tending to Lady Mary, Anna had dressed in her best clothes (see icon) and made her way to service.
After, she made her way out with the other parishoners and stood at the curb. Lady Mary had been right; there wasn't as much to occupy her, so Anna had some free time. But what to do? Where to go? She watched people: women in pants, clothes more often where she's from, worn by men, their hair down, loose. Men and women walking together, holding hands, even kissing. She felt an almost physical pang.
Anna looked right, then left, choosing a direction, and she began to walk.
(ooc: she can be found, most tentative, anywhere :) )
