First Official Date (Closed to Leonard
Hermione had not been on many real dates before. The Yule Ball, well, she wasn't sure if that was a date and it was the same with the Christmas Ball here. But now that Leonard had mentioned having an actual date she could feel herself panicking a little. The main thing she worried about was what was appropriate clothing to wear and even though she wasn't usually the type to buy clothing just for an event unless it was something like the Ball, she felt she had no choice.
She had found a pretty red lace dress and it had seemed nice enough for the occasion. Making sure she was ready in time, she spent a little bit longer than she normally did on making sure her curls sat nicely but still kept her make up natural. She never saw the point in putting a lot on. Slipping her feet into flat red shoes, again she didn't really wear heels all that often, she lay her coat over the couch and waited for the knock.
