So, a proper date. All things considered, that really shouldn't have been a nerve-wracking thing. However, the two times Mandy had stepped out with Arthur, there had been some clear lines, even if they'd gotten blurred in her head. And everything else she'd done in the last decade or so, that had all had it's own sets of rules and expectations that she knew and understood. This, especially considering that they were sort of doing the whole thing backwards--she really wasn't sure what to expect.
But she needed to get out and, well, she did sort of like the idea of getting to actually know the person she was shagging (...did it count if it had only been once? Pesky details). Which was why, after a day of mulling it all over, Mandy had decided to act on Tate's encouragement. Go all in with this...thing they were doing. She'd planned on messaging him before heading out for the day, so hadn't needed to change before heading to his room--though she did put a little more gloss on her lips right before knocking on his door.
