After getting Lexi's meesage that the weirdness wasn't just targetting Damon and Stefan, Elena had felt a little bit of relief. If it was village wide, then that meant that hopefully it would correct itself soon.
She hoped it was soon, anyway, because she wasn't sure how long she could handle her boyfriends being human and not knowing who she was. Oh, she knew logically that it wasn't their fault, but it didn't stop the hurt from being very real.
After leaving the bedroom -- and the Brothers Awkward -- Elena headed down to the hotel bar to meet up with Lexi.
