Ric had been working, he didn't normally work on Saturday but between trying to get Jenna to talk to him, avoiding Damon and post-craziness clean up rush at the hardware store he had a lot to do.
Today he'd spent most of the day building the bookcase he'd promised Jenna. She might not be talking to him but she wouldn't say no to furniture. He hoped.
Heading back to the hotel to shower and grab a sandwich before trying to sleep without remembering what it was like (and what he'd done) as a vampire he saw the familiar teenager.
Jeremy heard the familiar voice and his shoulders sagged with relief as he turned towards his history teacher/guardian. "Ric."
Jogging towards the older man, he looked confused as he glanced around at the buildings. "Hey, where are we?" He wondered if this was the witches' doing. Maybe as punishment of some sort.
"I just left Bonnie at the witches' house. I was trying to head home but then I found myself here."
"Uh.. well," he rubbed a hand through his hair awkwardly. "You'll have to narrow that down cause... uh, let me start at the beginning actually. You aren't in Mystic Falls anymore, this place is called Haurvatat. It's... some sort of magical village, we're stuck here and we don't all come from the same universe or time so, you got a date you came from?"
It was a lot but the kid dealt with all kinds of shit all the time, better this than giving it to him in bits. But he wouldn't spring Jenna on him until he knew when he meant exactly.
"Like.. I showed up here right after your aunt met Elena's mom for the first time."
Jeremy slowed down, stopping in front of Ric as he slowly tilted his head to the side. He waited quietly as the other man started babbling to him and then he really only had one question to ask.
