It wasn't the nicest of days, but everything was pleasant at the bookstore. Lana had some soft music playing and had made herself a cup of tea to enjoy as she worked on some of the paperwork. Hermione had not been here long, barely two days really, and she didn't want to spend any time just sitting and waiting to be sent home. If what she had been told was right then she would possibly be here for quite some time and she would like to at least find something to keep herself occupied. She had heard of there being a magic school here and fully intended on going back to school for a year but that may not take up as much time as she would like. That train of thought stopped when she spotted a book shop, a bright grin lighting up her face as she walked in.

Lana looked up and smiled as the young woman walked into the store. "Hello," she said easily. "Welcome. Anything I can help you find? Or are you more a browser like me?"

"Oh I'm just looking," she responded with a soft smile, looking at one of the many shelves. She couldn't help but slowly run her fingers over the spine of a few of them. She had found a lot of her books when she arrived here and she didn't really need any more but she just couldn't resist being surrounded by them.

"Enjoy," Lana said warmly. "You'll also find that it's just a bit magical. If you look you'll find a shelf of books geared toward either what you like or what the village thinks is good for you."
