So, Sam wanted to impress Quinn. Like, really impress her. He couldn't remember if he'd taken her on dates here before (but didn't think so) but could remember every single date he'd taken her on back in Ohio. He could remember the things she liked, the things she didn't, but he still had so much to learn about her. Which was why, on one of his wanders around the Village, when he had stumbled across the Skatium, he'd got it stuck in his mind that it would be a perfect date to take Quinn on. It was fun, it was different. He'd gone in to make sure that they could rent skates and pads before deciding to go back home, get changed and fire off a message to her.
With her accepting his offer - or more direction that they were going on a date - Sam gave her the five minutes he promised to get changed and turned up at her door in a pair of board shorts, a tanktop and baseball cap that had his blonde hair peaking out for underneath.
When the door opened, he stood there, hand raised in a little
wave, smile on his face.
"Hey. Ready?"
