The Cure (closed - tag Spence for reaction)

Wesker was no where to be seen, and Alice had spent most of the day looking for him when she hadn't been busy fending off undead or getting people to safety. She felt tired, but not from over-work. It was all happening again and she should have stopped it. She should have been able to kill Wesker before now and none of this would have gone down.
Alice was now standing in front of Loki, a boy who Alice knew was more than just a boy. They had spoken many times.
"Are you sure?" Loki looked at Alice with a slightly wary expression. "You might not come back."
Alice nodded, her lips pressing tight together. "My blood has the cure to the T-Virus. If you can get it to anyone who's been infected, they shouldn't turn into those.. things."
Loki's own lips pressed together thoughtfully. "I should be able to do it." Loki already had his wand out, ready.
Alice's muscles tensed, but she knew there wasn't any other option. Either she did this, or Haurvatat would turn out like back home. "Do it."
Without another word, Loki summoned his power, focusing the energy into the wand. A few Norse words were spoken before light engulfed him and he sent the energy at Alice. She sent out a short cry of pain before she was completely engulfed by the light and disappeared.
