Daily announcements [[open to reaction]]
Teachers and students, welcome back again to another week of school. If you'll notice, on Friday I did not make an announcement. Some of you may be wondering why. Well, we're starting something new. From now on, on Friday mornings for 15 minutes before your teachers start their days with you, you'll be required to read. This can be a book of your choosing, but you must be reading. I did not purchase hundreds of dollars with of new library books for you to not read them.
Once a month during those Fridays will be special. Why kids? Because that will be orange juice and donut day. So how about that? But you must be reading. If you don't read you get nothing, so I want to see those young minds at work.
