Zelda was a little shocked to see she'd lost two employees in one blow but truly, having Michael and Shawn leave together would have been what she'd chosen for them. The two had been in love, after all, and it would have been utterly unfair to see one wrenched with heartache that the other had gone. She'd been down that path before.
So she made a little sign and placed it in the window, advertising her need for another employee. Just one would suffice; she and Ahio managed quite well normally and one other would help with the holiday traffic.
